I don’t understand what needs to be in my site.
A. No problem. We’ll tell you. Your Rapid Results websiteincludes help organizing your website and the content that you need to put in it.

The technology is confusing and I don’t know where to start.
A. Most of our customers are non-technical. You get answers and guidance (if desired), and are kept informed at all times. And we don’t speak geek! Besides, there really isn’t any technology to worry about. We handle the details and pull it all together for you — from getting your URL (web address) to building your site to teaching you how to use its nifty features.

My last web guy was flaky. How do I know it won’t happen again?
A. We guarantee your delivery date. How many other web developers offer an On Time or On Us Guarantee? We use a structured process to give you a simplified, stressless experience with no surprises. On time. We keep our promises — and we back it up!

What do you mean by small business website?
A. Smaller businesses are challenged because they have to do more with less. Rapid Results websites save time, money and resources. They deliver a competitive advantage that typically are only within reach of larger business and offer effective solutions to many problems small businesses face:
• More productive web results. Easily update you site for better search engine placement and more visitor traffic. Updates also help bring targeted, quality visitors back. You do the updates yourself.
• Make changes cheaply, accurately and instantly. Updateable sites give smaller business unique opportunities to jump ahead competitively.
• Rapid Results customers have a budget-stretching secret weapon that improves web marketing results. We provide web marketing secrets that will help you create a 'sticky' website (you want people to stick around and explore your site, right?)
• Our sites meet many more small business needs but it all boils down to making life easier, saving time and money.

There’s no way to order on your website. What’s up with that?
A. We have to talk. Really. Most of our customers are non-technical and have questions and concerns. Before we take your money, we find out if we can even help you. We don’t hard-sell or pester you later.

What is the process?
A. There are 5 basic steps in our process:
1. Intake meeting (phone or in-person) to establish site requirements and cover future steps.
2. Gather content. Nobody knows your business like you. The fastest and most cost-effective way for your site to be up and running is for you to put this together. We provide ideas, advice and guidance making it easy to put together the perfect content.
3. Site design & development. We pull all of the elements and details together and create your entire site. If you’ve arranged for services like copywriting, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve them before your site is created. No surprises.
4. Publish. We put your site on the Internet as soon as you say “GO.” Once it’s online, you can begin using your site’s content management system.
5. Training/Support. Most people begin working with the content manager intuitively. We personally train you to update and manage your site anyway — just to make sure you are comfortable with all your site’s features.

What do I need to know in order to begin development of my website?
A. Before we start your website project, you should ask yourself — what do you want your site to do for you? For instance, do you want to promote your business, are you prospecting to reach a wider spectrum of clients locally, nationally or world wide? Maybe you need your site to be a customer service tool, or an information portal. Are you going to sell products or services online with it?

Should I have special knowledge about the Internet?
A. Absolutely not. During our initial consultation, you talk, we listen, explain costs, learn about your needs and expectations and inform you of the step by step process and time frame for you to count on.

When should I expect my website to be finished?
A. Not long at all. In fact, we guarantee our delivery dates! The amount of time required to create a site depends on size, complexity and the amount of customization. Most sites usually take about two weeks. Once we understand the scope of your project we will give you a commitment you can count on. Guaranteed.

What do I need to know to make changes to my website?
A. Our systems are developed specifically for non-technical people so you never have to worry about deciphering code or fumbling with development tools. You need a computer and a web browser. Updates are done on the Internet using a content management system like Adobe Contribute. It looks and works a lot like a word processor. Even though the system is easy, we show you the ropes so you can be a totally confident control freak.

I can’t imagine needing to change my site. Why would I want to?
A. On the Internet, content is King. Content that is fresh and relevant is like the Pied Piper of Success. It attracts search engines and quality site traffic. Adding and refreshing your site’s content is the best way to keep them both coming back. You don’t have to wait around or pay for someone else to help you.

When my site is completed, will I have access to it, and will I be able to update it?
A. Absolutely. We build it, you own it. You control every word. Every image. Every page. Everything. Updating of your site is a breeze and you can give anyone access to make changes if you wish. You do it through the Internet, so you can make changes anytime, from any where. (A content management system, like Adobe Contribute, is required for updates)

I only work locally. Why do I need to worry with search engines?
A. Local search doesn’t sound important but it really is. There is a direct, proportional relationship between your search engine ranking and your market share. Even if your focus is local, it is important that search engines love your site. The better your website ranks with search engines, the more opportunities your website has to capture and convert visitors into customers. We worry about search engine compatibility for you.

Can I add additional pages?
A. Of course. You can add as many pages or items to your site as you like, then change them to your heart’s content. You are only limited by your web hosting service providers limits.
